THIS ROLE:

Reporting to the Head of Consumer Sales, you will be working within
our Direct Sales Team with a remit to manage the student assessment
and onboarding process for Code Institute?s rapidly growing number
of partners. You will be target & KPI driven and will be comfortable
liaising on a daily basis with the Channel Sales team members to
ensure you have full visibility of the number students required by
each Partner each Quarter. You will also need to effectively manage
your pipeline to meet the demand and look to continuously optimise the
approach using our CRM system. In addition, during quieter times other
duties will include making RSVP calls for events and high funnel calls
for the Direct Sales team.

assessment process is integral to the success of the partner. This is

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Applying recruitment practices to successfully identify
applicants/candidates that are committed & suited to the program and
the eventual industry transition.
* Effective management of your applicant pipeline
* Hitting enrollment targets each QTR whilst maintaining high
standards of entry.
* Manage student enrollment & application, Coding challenges,
interview call and offer letter and look for efficiencies along the
way
* Ensure messaging is on-point so students clearly understand
onboarding requirement
* Reporting on enrollment process, populating and updating records
on Hubspot CRM system
* Work with internal stakeholders, direct sales and partner
marketing teams to ensure a steady flow of leads
* Communicating with internal stakeholders in the student onboarding
and management process including Marketing, Sales and Learning Success
Departments
* Communicating with external stakeholders in the student onboarding
and management process including universities, colleges, resellers and
Government agencies globally
* Attending suitable events, ensuring the correct marketing
collateral is in place
* Comfortable making high volumes of RSVP event attendance and
Brochure download calls.

YOU
* Agency recruitment experience is an advantage
* You must have a minimum of 2 years proven track record in a sales
role
* The successful candidate will have to show clear active listening
skills
* Be ambitious, target driven and be used to exceeding a range of
KPIs
* Happy to make upwards of **Apply on the website**+ calls a day,
when required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
* High energy, positive "can do" attitude in all interactions
* Demonstrable attention-to-detail and organisational skills

* 3rd Level Qualification
* Fluency in English is a prerequisite
